•If you are currently looking for a home you need to reach out to your lender for updated numbers.
•You also need to determine your max price point assuming rates go up another .25% from where they are now.
•Once you know that number you need to look at homes $25k - $50k below as most homes are selling above list price.
•If you are thinking about selling you need to get your home on the market ASAP as higher rates are going to push more buyers out of the market.
