Hello everyone – I wanted to take a few minutes to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful for everyone that watches my weekly video. We are having another amazing year thanks to your trust, support, and referrals. I hope you get to spend a lot of quality family time. We are taking off on Thursday but will be available otherwise if you need anything.
From a market perspective, interest rates have calmed down and are in the low 6’s for most people. Hopefully we will continue to see inflation go down and rates will follow. Also, we are seeing offers getting accepted below list and the sellers are paying closing cost. I think between now and March of next year is going to be a great time to find a deal on a home.
