Appraisal Gaps


Happy Weds – I hope you are doing well. For this week’s video I want to discuss a strategy to win your offer if you are putting down 10% or more on a home purchase. The biggest issue is still low inventory and in order to win offers you have to do a quick close and a lot of times you have to waive your financing and appraisal contingency. We have a strategy that will allow you to close in 21 days and do 0-day financing contingency to take care of the first 2. Now I want to discuss how we handle the appraisal contingency. We have an option to get the appraisal back in 5 days but if that won’t work and you are putting down 10%, please watch my video for another option.
