Happy Wednesday – I hope you are doing well. If you are a buyer right now, things are getting better every week. Rates are calming down and we are getting more inventory, so it is much easier to get your offer accepted. I sent out a video a few weeks ago that said Marry the House and Date the Rate. I still think that is true and have another option to help with this. We now have competitive adjustable rate mortgages that have rates around .5% better then the 30 year. This program is not right for everyone but I do think we will be able to refinance into a lower 30 year mortgage in the next couple of years so should be a great fit for some people.
