Happy Thursday – I hope you are doing well. For this week’s video, I want to discuss an idea that may help with inventory. I was speaking with one of my agent partners this week (thanks Jenna), and she mentioned she has a lot of sellers who won’t list until they can find a home. I have spoken to many more agents who say the same thing. So, we discussed reaching out to everyone we know to see if they have any sellers in this position and find out what they want to sell and what they are looking to buy next.
I wanted to reach out to all of you to see if we can help our buyers and sellers. If you send me an email with details on both the property they are looking to sell and the property they want to buy, we will consolidate the list and put people together that may be able to help each other.
At this point, we want to do anything we can to assist our clients, so please let us know if you have any other great ideas.
